Are You a Hero?

I definitely welcome encouraging messages that challenge the information presented by Preemptive Strike and/or contribute to its accuracy.

If you have some new information about facilities, or you want to add a new one, please click on a button below.

About Preemptive Strike

The Preemptive Strike interactive map is a project that was percolating in my mind for two decades, but only recently had the time to develop. What you see is only a small portion of the databases; but as time passes it is likely that I will add to this project if the community of users are encouraging. I have made it available simply because I like that you like it, and I hope that other enthusiasts contribute to it in a positive spirit to help make this an even better, fun resource.
To be clear, this is not simply an open-source data aggregation site. The information presented here has all been reviewed and assessed, albeit to varying degrees.
The emphasis has been on facilities. To a lesser degree, I have included data about units, even though I do have a large database developed over the years. The reason is simply the rate at which this information can change is challenging to stay abreast of. As much as you and I may enjoy the content, it is very much only something I do for fun-fun.

The blog articles are, hopefully, narrowly presented and related to the general theme of Preemptive Strike. They are motivated by recent events that are too often not presented in accurate context or simply not understood by influential commentators or offices.

Lastly, Preemptive Strike does provide bespoke services. The essence of the organization is an education and congruent operational, legal, and business experience in defense, intelligence, and industry. Often you will find me a compelling force multiplier, but a more powerful tailored team can be created to meet your objectives.

The Mission

Preemptive's primary mission is to generate enthusiasm, interest, and understanding of defense, intelligence, and national security from both governmental and industrial perspectives.

How to Use the Map

With advanced search capabilities, users can filter by military branch, strategic importance, and global region, making it the ultimate resource for defense research, security planning, and historical documentation.
